I.E.: Sustainability, Vegan, Paleo, Natural Sweetener etc. I have been privileged to assist in the process in earlier years and am grateful for such experience. I am proud to say I used each ingredient in a different way. The All Sass in a tequila based cocktail, the bord o blanc in a home-brewed Weiss beer, the bord o rouge in a house made jam with agar agar and xanthum gum, the spicy infusion in a house made Bloody Mary sauce paired with a fish entree, and the mint infusion into a foam as an element of a gin based cocktail approach with the help of my ISI syphon.
